1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you and Regal Technologies, LLC (“Regal Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of SweepSlots.com, including all related pages, content, features, functionality, newsletters, reviews, rankings, editorials, community features, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Platform”).

(i) submit false complaints, false reviews, false claims, or misleading content; or

(j) use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or our reputation.

8. Accounts and Communications

We may, now or in the future, offer optional features such as newsletters, subscriptions, contact forms, comment sections, community tools, surveys, or user profiles.

If you provide your contact information to us, you agree that we may use that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to communicate with you regarding:

By submitting User Submissions, you grant Regal Technologies a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit such User Submissions in any media or format, for any lawful business purpose, without compensation to you.

We have no obligation to publish, maintain, or remove any User Submission, but we reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, designs, databases, audio, video, images, articles, compilations, and other materials made available through the Platform, excluding third-party marks and User Submissions as applicable, are owned by Regal Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use any trademark, logo, trade name, branding, page layout, or proprietary content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, offers, products, advertisements, or services (“Third-Party Services”). These are provided solely for convenience, reference, editorial coverage, or commercial promotion.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services, including their:

• content;

• legality;

• accuracy;

• privacy practices;

• terms of use;

• promotions;

• security;

• business practices; or

• availability.

If you leave the Platform and visit a Third-Party Service, you do so at your own risk. You should review that third party’s terms, privacy policy, and any other governing policies before interacting with it.

14. No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGAL TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful code;

• any content on the Platform is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs;

• any third-party website or offer mentioned on the Platform will remain available or unchanged; or

• any defect or error will be corrected.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGAL TECHNOLOGIES, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH CASES, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regal Technologies, its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) your use of the Platform;

(b) your violation of these terms
